Customer Service Representative

Agently is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to coordinate internal tasks, assist with client communication and calls, handle external clients requests, and lead communication between internal and external teams.

The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing and optimizing CRM strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of CRM systems, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in CRM implementation and management.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GHL Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Certifications in relevant CRM platforms are a plus.

Responsibilties

  • CRM Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and customization based on client needs.

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert advice on CRM best practices, and tailor solutions to meet specific objectives.

  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, cleansing, and maintenance within CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients’ teams on CRM usage, features, and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user inquiries and challenges.

  • Customization and Configuration: Customize CRM platforms to align with clients’ business processes, creating workflows, dashboards, and reports that enhance efficiency and visibility.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, CRM developments, and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and functionality
