Agently is hiring a full-time Funnel and Website Developer to assist with client requests for building funnels, websites and workflows in our CRM between internal and external teams. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to creative professional solutions. Testing and monitoring funnels, websites and worflows daily to ensure productivity.
As a Funnel and Website Specialist at Agently, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and conversion-focused experiences for our online audience. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing sales funnels, designing user-friendly websites, creating and testing workflows and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field is not preferred.
Proven experience in developing and optimizing sales funnels and websites.
Proficiency in funnel-building platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages) and website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
Sales Funnel Development: Create and optimize end-to-end sales funnels to guide potential customers through the buyer’s journey, maximizing conversions and sales.
Website Design and Optimization: Design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines. Implement strategies for continuous improvement and optimization.
Workflow Design and Testing: Design and troubleshoot workflows in our CRM.
User Experience Enhancement: Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all online platforms. Implement A/B testing and analyze user behavior to refine funnel and website performance.
Lead Generation Strategies: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective lead generation strategies, integrating lead capture forms, and optimizing landing pages.
Content Integration: Work closely with content creators to integrate compelling and informative content into the funnel and website, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website and funnel performance. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions.
